To cancel a booked bus, please provide us with seven days’ notice for Local trips and 14 days for Over The Road trips. Deposits (20% for Local and 30% for Over the Road trips) are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than the notice period require full payment.
We do not offer payment plans. We require a deposit (20% for Local trips and 30% for Over the Road trips) at the time of reservation. The balance is due within seven days for Local and within 14 days for Over the Road trips before the service date.
